PROCLAIM THE JUBILEE

By the voice of the Living GOD we proclaim Jubilee to the land of Biafra and all its inhabitants. We proclaim Jubilee to all Biafrans scattered all over the earth. May this voice and sound of Jubilee be carried by every grain of sand of the earth, by the wind, by the waters, rivers and oceans. May this voice be reechoed by all mountains and hills, and be borne aloft by all trees and every blade of grass!

We come to this hour to make known that which has not ever been made known since man was upon the earth. We shall pass the decree and the judgments against the heartless and godless tyrants.
